HoodieMall Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at HoodieMall. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Return Period

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund. All returns or exchanges must be initiated by email by contacting us at: info [ at ] hoodiemall.com

Returns or exchanges initiated through any other method will not be processed.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Unused, unworn, and in resellable condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • All original tags attached (for apparel items)

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items and Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Final sale items

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards and eGift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Damage, Defective, Lost, or Stolen Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please include clear photos and a description of the issue in your email.

If your order is lost or stolen, you must contact us immediately and provide any supporting evidence required. Claims submitted outside the specified timeframes may not be honored.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted for selectable variants only (such as size or color), subject to availability. The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product first. Once an exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange:

  • Send an email to info [ at ] hoodiemall.com, within 14 days of delivery

  • Include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return

  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions

  • The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping and Packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Each order must be returned in a separate package

  • Combining multiple orders into one package may result in processing delays

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 25% applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued using one of the following methods, at our discretion:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit in the form of a HoodieMall gift card or discount

Refunds to the original payment method are typically processed within 7 business days after approval. Store credit refunds are issued immediately.

No Refunds on Sale Items

All sale and final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Right to Refuse Returns

HoodieMall reserves the right to reject returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or that demonstrate excessive or abusive return behavior.

Return Pattern Monitoring

To ensure fairness for all customers, we monitor return activity. Accounts showing unreasonable return patterns may be restricted or denied future returns.
